Thanks to the conserv SC's January 2010 decision favoring Citizens United, as predicted at the time $$$ not voters will decide elections now more than ever. Colbert and Stewart will mock PACs, as they should, and chatter about reversing the SC decision will continue, but none of this will change a thing - $$$ will decide elections, not voters.
