That's fine - there are different methods to trade. As you can see in the IBOX - Trading Rules -- One of the rules is to find a method that works for you. If you are able to buy and sell various times per day and it works, then it's awesome. I do that too once in blue moon. I hardly mentioned that- because this board was for folks that need to buy and hold a stock for 3-5 days or until funds clear. (I was there when this board started)

As you can see the model portfolios I have in the IBOX they are all under $25K and not Margin accounts. Already got a warning, that I sold one of my friends stocks too early before funds had cleared. So, I have to be careful and find stocks that I can hold for 3-5 days.

Your message is welcome, for those that are daytraders and shorters.

I don't think I have shorted a stock. Too many stocks I follow and jump in and out, afraid I might forget and then rebuy way too high.
