Kurupt, can you briefly explain "secured" and "unsecured" claims
concerning ABKFQ and the settlement case, please?

I bought and sold 1000 shares, roughly, in November, 2008, and I am curious as to the meaning as it applies to the payment.

From what I glean from reading lawyer-talk, it appears to me the common shares that were injured at that time will get 11% or less,
as a settlement. But, of course, I'd take that as, "a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks".

Also, your reference to Dec. 8 as a court date seems too far in the future, is that correct?
