Alan, figuring from the Opteron example:

95W "standard" DC Opti
68W blade
55W low
30W lowest

Let's be generous and assume that the "MV" Dempsey of 105W TDP is their "blade" equivalent. Applying the same ratio:

(95/68) * 105 = 147W.

Sure, no reason it should be the same, so just consider this another "indicator" of Dempsey's ~150W TDP.
