Their services are for anyone, but mainly I am under the impression that they service a larger amount of dispensaries rather than individual patients....each test is $50 per strain tested, and there is no limit to the amount of strains to test. From what I read, if an individual patient wants to ensure that their medicine is free of pesticides or herbicides and/or has the same potency/content of thc and cbd as the previous time they got that particular strain then they can opt to test each time at $50 per time. However, if a dispensary uses their services, then the dispensary carries the cost, passes it on the consumer who doesn't have to wait to see if their medicine is good or not. That's my take on it anyways.
