I still say when you get to the bottom of this you're going to find out the hold up has been Bean and Edwards trying to get agreements in place with Chase and Michaels not to have a auditing of the shares, and not to go after either of them to get shares of IWDM returned. My buddy laughed at lunch one day and he bet me that Bean doesn't even have copies of the Board minutes from their so-called Board meetings from the last 3 years. Bean is just not qualified to run a public company, and Edwards isn't ethical enough to be involved in one -- they both MUST go.
