I think there are plenty of balanced statements you make here. Yes gold is valuable. We do agree. Also you say- That Nissi holds a valuable asset in the Los Flores claim is also undeniable. The evidence and DD points to that.

Yes, it should be worth Billions. Yes it would be important to set up a full mining operation. My research has shown this is a new start up mining company. They do have 100% rights to the mine and precious metals. Just having the valuable assets there does not automaticly give you cash in your pocket. Unless you want to give something up to another source. Apparently the company had considered some offers- to get cash for the full mining operation but too much was asked for.

I and others have consistently heard from the company that "TAILINGS" are there of a good quantity. But till now ALL energy, time and funds had been directed to COMPLETE the audit, so the SEC financials could be brought up to date. This was a strong point in the purchase agreement with Monkey Rock's old management seen in the SEC filings. In order for the merger to be finalized, the audit HAD to be completed. To have an audited, transparent public company is important for Nissi and it is supposed to open them up to better investor financial resources.

With the full attention to doing the audit behind them, their attention will be to work on the tailings. This will be the a way they can bring in new revenue in a speedy way. My last office contact revealed to me that roads were graded on the mine site to make them accessible. There was a trailer set up, to use as an office. As for the mining or tailing work, I was informed that, as I said above, once full focus on the audits and SEC filings was over (Which is when Nissi would apply for the name and ticker change) then the shift in focus would be to work the good amount of tailings on site.

So, I also am looking forward for more information about progress being done with the Nissi GOLD assets as are other investors here. I and others shall post if our DD turns up anything else or we see the up to date SEC filings.
