I agree this LTW Stipulation settlement is very bad for all holders. It did put money in the settlement to pay Art. I hope that was not is motivation to sign this.

What happened to the conversion calculations even the Debtors had listed as possible shares in Newco? I keep on looking to see what I am missing, but I keep coming up with - we got a bad deal.

Has anyone emailed or called Art about this? I got to believe some of the hedge funds that Art was representing did not wish to take this any further.
