Was actually doing something else and all I caught was a guy sitting in a chair and he was saying "Q Television Network not just for...... Sorry man, that's all I got. I am recording now so that I can see if it comes on again. I have the DVR set to record all the shows coming on for the next couple of hours since we are leaving here in a few. I will let you know if it comes on again.

FWIW, I just called Dish and got the same answer of it is not currently being offered.
