***XOI & OIH on Friday, closing extremely strong on Friday... someone, somewhere was buying the hell outta' the oil plays on Friday... as the XOI closed on the high of the day and the OIH was just a dime & a penny shy of it...

*These are record highs for the OIH, while the XOI isn't too far behind...
