That is the point I was making the fact they haven't yet done so as of last financials is telling as is the fact how many times they have had to move them forward. Doesn't mean it never gong to work but lends credence to the original argument that they have struggled to access financing.
If you see at ST date this month that will be a sign as would an option exercise which you can bet will happen prior to the actual ST spin or they would t get those shares?
