It's clear you want to see if you can get the price down to your .03. The more you post, the more it's clear you don't know the difference between AUTHORIZED and ISSUED and OUTSTANDING shares.

Why would you refer to a number from 3/31/05 when so much has happened since then?

I do agree that the company should clarify all this.
