How "easy" will it be change the ticker symbol and/or name of the company?? You think it is not easy?? What amount of time do you think that usually takes? Do you think it is a highly complicated and is a very long time-consuming affair -when once a new company fully takes over the shell and completes the merger?

No, they should not change the 'logo' to a monkey with some gold. We will wait for the filings to be done as the auditor has done his work. The Nissi lawyer has wisely recommended that Nissi NOT request a name and ticker change to MKRO UNTIL all filings and SEC financials are up-to-date!
