Will all of our names and share holdings be listed in the K? If so, what happens if any investors are found to be omitted or left off this list after the K has been filed? I am wondering because some of us investors/shareholders have NOT have received share certificates, and how can we be certain that the Transfer Agent is even aware of our existence and will include us in the list you're talking about?
