ICPA is a diluting piece of garbage and it looks as if some brains of some of the shareholders are thawing out on that one..the CEO put my contact info on his website awhile back thinking that would shut me up..but all it did was cause me to turn up the heat even more...much more

There is another company where the CEO has told some shareholders he is sending a lawsuit my way because he doesn't like me verifying information and reporting the results of my DD...so far, quoting one source from an email sent to me, we have been working with the company to correct various inaccuracies on their web site..I asked for comment pertaining to the PRs..the response back was, that would be up to the SEC to investigate.

My comment in reference to the LS is, if that were to happen, the campaign I'll launch on that company to have every rock turned over, will be like one that has never been seen before...and every step of the way will be broadcasted on the board daily...

Run that by some of the larger shareholders and see how they like that idea is my advice. Not a threat.. a promise.

Now with that said, I will resume my extended vaca in S.A.
