You are right. No one knows for sure. But, as an investor, I have to make a decision every day as to whether to buy, sell, or hold. So in order to make that decision, I have to do my best at trying to come up with some reasonable valuation of the company. Right now, I have personally concluded to hold my wampq's because I believe that when - after emergence - the company is valued as a going concern, the newco shares I will receive for my wampq's will be worth significantly more than what my wampq's are trading for today.

But, as new information becomes avaialble, I have to factor that in and possibly change my decision. I can only do the best I can with the info I have right now.
