well, yes. I guess that is kind of my point.
At SOME point, the PPS here, in Reality-Land, will adjust to reflect initial calculated value of post emergent company..
But...when???
If, as some speculate, the current PPS reflects the future value, (as known by insiders) then it is not good. (the market knows???) But I don't think this to be the case, as is often the case in these scenarios, no one can say the true value, because no one yet knows. it's kinda like quantum mechanics, and high energy theoretical physics—whereas nothing is truly there until it is actually MEASURED, even though it's been there all along.
