I believe that , given the proper voting parameters, THJMW will APPROVE the POR AND the 70/30 (or whatever it is with DIMEQ thrown in), given that Judge Lyons and all parties mediated this at length, through several delays and (I'm fairly certain), quite a few sleepless nights for all involved.
That being said, however...I must concur with others here that believe THJMW CAN decide to alter the split between Prefs/Peons, if she so chooses. Absolute Priority IS the Law, and will be upheld if she sees fit. After all, they ARE called "Preferred" for a reason. Think of them like VIP tix to an event. The ratio could change, but I don't see it being too likely.
And...just recently, the difference between the SP for U's & P's was ENORMOUS!!!
~.06 for U's & ~18.00 for P's!!!!! Question is, will the extra cost be rewarded with extra privilege???
(Well...70/30 is ALREADY privilege!!) So, still, with VooDoo bruddaman, commons DO seem the best value right now, logically. [.06 goes into 18.00 300 times] will we get a 300/1 split on preferreds?
I think not. __Willingham is our true savior, (think what you will of him, but all businessmen are scum at the core, right?), through his own greed and misgivings, he alone brought commons into the light.
I, too, like others, see much hidden value here. Actions nearly ALWAYS speak louder than words.
And the actions are telling a favorable tale, as far as I can see. I am buying still, (baught more K's today, they're so damn cheap), and holding into the future for greater returns.
So?????? When do we meet in vegas??? When do we decide that we've WON? At what poiunt can we have a VICTORY party???

And what happens to WAMUQ board, (that so many are addicted to), after the symbol change & the cessation of our dear "WAMUQ" as we are converted to WMMRC?????
