voo -- how about this...
Claw and others have a legitimate material and factual, point, backed up by the EC making exactly the same point, that the 70/30% is only proposed, and a legitimate unknown as to the final. And won't be known until after you vote, and we enter the POR Confirmation hearings.
The 70/30% issue was mentioned in court today, and the court basically punted it over to the POR confirmation hearing -- eg, meaning it's just not decided yet. (And the 30% has changed now, due to DimeQ's -- another 8.7% was shaved off of that)
And we'll all be voting, knowing it's still out there.
Those that want to accept it as being a legitimate risk, and factor it into their investments, can do so.
Those who don't think it matters a bit -- for whatever reason, don't have to factor it in.
But to tell Claw not to discuss it -- or even to blow it off as if it doesn't exist -- that's probably dangerous, as the EC discusses it, and it is an unknown into the future. And the court acknowledges it.
Fair enough?
