Look at 2nd video on Lok-it site. There is John Tate, CHDT Corp. former President of BlackBox Innovations selling LOk-it.I believe I first saw video of Tate selling Lok-its while CHDO was selling Personal Pocket Safe.
And yes, I did directly contact the company with my concerns at the time.Old news I guess.

Point is CEO has been paid salary of approx. quarter mill/yr., As a Shareholder I expect CEO should devote 100% of his time to CHDO company business. I have also posted this before.
