A couple of things wrong with this. There is no proof of Ken's involvement with 11 previous JV's. Just reliance on his word which has proved quite iffy over the past couple years.
They do not have a JV with Vale, only an option agreement. So while it is misleading to say Ken has 11 JV's, it is definitely wrong to say he has 12.
Our choice is to stay and loose, or run before it's too late (maybe it already is for some??)
