This has been posted numerous times in response to your repeated inquiries. While not definitive proof, it seems to me it is as credible as one can get:
Ken's possible JV's when at Cornerstone as of April 2006.
"Cornerstone's business model is predicated on generating high quality exploration projects which have the potential to yield outstanding returns to the company and its shareholders but which can be financed primarily through joint venture partnerships. Cornerstone's current and past joint venture partners include Agnico Eagle, Candente, Celtic Minerals, Coastport Capital, Falconbridge Mining, Inmet Mining, Woodruff Capital Management, Kermode Resources, Moydow Mines, Noranda Inc, Phelps Dodge Mining, and Thundermin Resources."
These verify Ken's public statements as to his JVs. Some of these companies which I've checked have subsequently done very well. Some have been way down close to KATX's fall from the previous high, but have bounced back even higher. Suppose it is the nature of the exploration business. ____________________________________________________
