Lennar Corp Class A (LEN)

I jumped out of LEN again and took a decent but unremarkable profit. Started a modest investment in CODI with a 1000 share purchase in a retirement account. I just couldn't resist that 10%+ dividend. I got in at $13.92 and it will of course drop $.36 cents or so after it goes ex on 1/24 but I still think it has a bit of appreciation potential as well. Was as high as $18 something last August and 2012 is supposed to be the "year of the dividend". I don't see Lennar having a lot more than another 15% in it at best over the next 12 months and it's too risky to chase.
