Often times they will "forget" to print it when it actually was executed, but there are also brokers that will allow after hours trading; especially for a $332,500 position when someone wants out. Interactive Brokers isn't the only game in town to acquire shares to short, you're right. They have none now, but that could also be because someone has reserved them. It's not easy to get shares to short down here. Trust me, I will learn anytime I can, but don't try and be pompous and flippant with writing things like "nope" when responding to people's posts. It instantly put people in an argumentative mood.
