Re HITK insider sales. The one that concerned me was the Exec VP of Ops selling a bunch and the SEC form showing that he owned no shares after that. I dug a little deeper and it seems that he exercised half of his options and sold on the same day. He retains half his option position. Anyway, thanks Zeev, for placing this in perspective vis a vis HANS.

I made a little on HITK from 28.12 to 28.88. Got out when the insider selling came out. I plan to re-enter, but the stock seems to want to go lower, $26-27?
