no excuses left in case CSGH cries it can't borrow money to expand; http://www.raremetalblog.com/2012/01/chinas-changed-policy.html last earnings release didn't move this stock I doubt this one will either - sad to say, especially with world economy and china all slowing dramatically last quarter.
