Just showing why the news is being slowly sbsorbed as a small positive. It actually could be the key to shift QTN carrier situation. But marketing would dictate that Time Warner involvement is key, and a repeat of this in a large cosmopolitan area would show a pattern developing which would tigger a bigger response.-IMO-TW
