Kat Exploration still holds ALL shares of Kat Gold and so has lost NO value but has gained stock in a OTCBB plus it still has Twilight and Cabot (Cabot having been already drilled and NI-43101 created.

What is hold us down at this point - lack of PR's that explain accomplishments and point to near term direction (Will BVIG shares be delivered or cash value for sale of properties) Many questions?

I think all will soon be answered I believe the Board of Directors is making BIG POSITIVE moves!
