Q Television’s High-Quality Programming Available
For RCN Customers Starting September 2004

PALM SPRINGS, CA. – Q Television Network (OTCPK: QBID) and RCN Corporation (OTCPK: RCNCQ) announced an agreement that will provide Q Television’s programming in several major metropolitan markets across the United States.

RCN cable subscribers in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. can receive Q Television starting September 2004. Its gay and lesbian family programming will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. “Q Television was created to provide quality programming to gay and lesbian audiences throughout the United States,” said Q Television President Frank Olsen. “We are delighted with this agreement since RCN’s offers high-quality premium entertainment in major metropolitan areas where demand is high for our programming.”
