I've been wondering that too- Companies on the Pinks are exempt from filings; We have to wonder who has been loading up all these shares the last 2 weeks. I dont think its only members of iHub on the bid. If Altrinsic applies to relist on the OTCBB for starters, THEN they have to disclose all major positions. Their TA has this info at his fingertips, but wont share it unless directed by the Company or regulators.
