Phil,

I think the only argument based on my limited knowledge of paying much for a shell (and I am not sure what we are paying for it versus to insiders) would be if this greases the wheels to get a nice acquisition done.

There is some room to speculate that way as the company press release indicates wanting to use the stock better as currency.
