You are discounting the absolutely uneccessary (from an investor's perspective) preferred shares that gives KK absolute control of the company no matter how many levels of dilution he puts the company through. He has no personal stake in the impact of the dilution on his control. This and not the litigation, or the lost revenue or the R/S themselves are the root cause of the PPS stuck at a fraction of a quarter's earnings. Be honest, have you ever heard of a company with the now documented earning's potential selling for a fraction of just one quarter's earnings, especially with such a small float (as of this time)? If you haven't ask yourself what is different here, then reread the filings on corporate governance and share structure.
