One thing I can tell you, which I know doesn't help... the mod squad 9 times out of 10 couldn't care less about the stock being promoted or bashed. They simply don't want to spend any time evaluating who's right and who's wrong. So typically, they just whack the ones with the most complaints or deletion reviews.
