I must say, that I never foreseen any of this happening 6 months ago when I was flying high in Penny Stocks. What Penson, the DTCC, the SEC, ZECCO, FIDELITY, and SCHWAB have done should be criminal. Their actions have almost solely wiped out 70% of my brokage holdings.
Probably hundreds of millions when you add up all investors who held positions in penny stocks this year, and the volume decrease in the micro cap markets.
I will be writing a long letter to the SEC, my Congressman, and Senator.
These practices by these entities being allowed to do whatever they want at the expense of individuals needs to be stopped.
It's time I rise up and make my voice heard.
I know I was not the only one that was forced into losses. If anyone else was affected, I would suggest that you also write your representatives.
