No wonder the parties are already talking about a possible settlement, I don't think any of the companies wish to be entrenched in a long legal battle over this issue. These private companies need to just bite the bullet and agree to pay Dragonite the royalties rightfully and legally due to them. I do not understand why people cannot play by the rules when money can be made without always going the cheating route. What happened to being real men and through legitimate success and winning by playing by all the rules growing profits and money at a regular pace?! Stock market participants naked shorting selling phantom shares to naive investors, ignorant bashers on all the boards screaming scam for their own unknown agendas, dark micro cap forgeign companies diluting crashing the pps then R/S and diluting some more on innocent investors, private label companies selling knock-off products without a patent license and fighting tooth and nail with patent holders in court in order not to pay royalties, I mean, it is getting ridiculous. Am I just a lone nut voice on all of this or does all this piss off anyone else?
Where is the legal system actually working? They must be getting overwhelmed with all the illegal bogus BS because I see almost every day another crony hedge fund manager or CEO going to jail for fraud or some other crony BS but meanwhile it is happening all around on smaller scales and not a single agency is doing anything about it. Maybe Obama needs to increase the SEC budget so they can hire more investigators? I mean, something needs to give, is the entire stock market and every single company in existence dirty and full of crony manipulators?! >:0/
