I would relish being a lawyer for the defendants if the suit ever went to trial!

At some point some judge needs to step up to the plate and deny the plaintiff attorneys any fees at all after these fake suits get settled. I just received my notice of settlement relating to the CYPB (Cypress) acquisition - the plaintiff lawyers got something like $300k, and I, as a CYPB shareholder, "benefited" by an improved disclosure about the details of the cash merger.
