SFIO can go to no bid. If the lock comes off prior to some kind of glowing news from the company....you can bet that the pps will drop near or to that level. Why? Enough folks will prolly be in capitulation mode and just give it up and move on...tired of the whole mess. jmho (I do not believe that the par value of .001 has anything to do with the market share price)
btw: I think you will find that a stockholder making a request for paper certs to the broker will find that after paying money, the broker WILL secure the certs., which are issued by the T/A.
Unfortunately for longs that believe(d) in the company, SFIO has lived in the swamp called the pink sheet market. This market has become a con man's dream. It is a lot easier to make a lot of money fast selling stock than taking a product to market and making a profit.
