Thats been my exact thoughts from the very start. It wasn't the news of the FBI taking TS down that caused this. That news blurp exposed the manipulation by the DTCC and Brokers when they are caught upside down. 80Million shares need to be found in the open market when and if this ever gets trading again. And thats gonna hurt those holding vapor shares. Scottrade says I have real shares in my account, but I don't believe em for a moment NITE sold me vapor and now they have no way to find real shares to give me other than to buy in the open market. So they lock the stock and pray it just dies on the vine.
Opening the T/A so I can request my physical shares will put an end to this ASAP. Can you imagine buying a car or house with cash and you never get a paper deed? Thats where we are today. You and I are being denied our quiet enjoyment of our property. That is criminal.

Roth needs to allow the T/A to issue our paper certificates.

If Scottrade can't deliver me my real property, at least give me my money back.
