An investor willing to risk money does not equate to a good investment.

Just because some hard money guys were willing to buy up shares in a JBI PIPE does not, by any stretch of the imagination make this a better bet. In fact, the adjustment clause / margin-collateral clause just underscores how risky these guys think the deal is. The terms were far, far from favorable to JBI when it was trading in teh $2.40 range.
