Of course that is what I said, but the conversation was in concern with the inability of JBI to pay the fines and that is why the negotiations failed. I believe, however, that the negotiations failed because the SEC wants JB out as a officer and director. Wouldn't expect anything but failed negotiations when this is what the SEC is looking for.
