For those who think AMGN might acquire BIIB (http://seekingalpha.com/article/317563-will-amgen-buy-out-biogen-idec ), watch the Metro Boston real estate market. BIIB has plans to move its corporate headquarters from Weston MA (near Route 128) to a new building in Cambridge for occupancy late this year. If there is noise that the relocation is delayed or on hold, it could mean BIIB is in play.
