This could be a good thing. A feature story could get the stock moving again. Maybe it could highlight Sam and what he's working on now. Admiral, you posted this on New Year's Eve. What's the plan? When does this get rolling?
It gets worse. But I'm going to save some of the info for a featured story about the Sam Weiss and James Renfro.
As you know from your DD, Jim stripped Renfro Energy of it's assets after signing the deal with Brazos. Sam bought into JR's story just like we did. As an attorney he wrote iron clad non discloser and contract of sale agreements with JR. Little did he know, he was actually trapping himself. Sam honored the non disclosure agreement by not informing the shareholders of the situation until it was resolved. Even then in accordance to the agreements Sam had to wait and give Jim time to file for a court injunction before telling the shareholders.
He had a real tough out, but here is quote from one of the agreements that gave Sam his out. This is from my personal data base and I can't give you the link to it at this time. But the full agreements will be appearing in the article in the near future.
