Why this company is a scam, IMO

Going back to December 2010. Please review all the PR's that have been released by Ike....all part of his pump and dump scheme. Too many pie in the sky promises that have not come to fruition. Add to this the billions that have been diluted and it is plain to see what Dr. Dilution is doing.


1) 11/01/2010..one of my personal favorite PR’s from SavWatt
Proclaiming SavWatt’s T-8 tubes would be assembled in US starting Q1 2011. Now in Q4 2011 with “0” factory workers and NO assembly yet to take place.

Sam Abecassis, SavWatt's VP of Product Development commented, "We have worked hard over the last 2 years to develop and bring to market a UL approved true T-8 high quality Led tube. Our Eco-Watt technology and LITKY LED's make us shine above the rest. We have listened to our distributors and by assembling here in the USA we now will be able to handle the faster to market demand and quality concerns."

Mr. Abecassis, further commented, "Demand for replacement T-8 tubes is huge, 80 percent of all bulbs used in office building are florescent tubes. Coupled with the fact that the US Government has recognized the benefits of LEDs as see on their web site and have a law that in place that all incandescent bulbs may not be sold in 2012. Our projected demand for T-8 tubes is 18,000,000 over the next 24 months." This statement is so laughable...bout choked up my coffee!!! Have you sold ONE T8 yet SavWatt??? LMAO.

2) 11/12/2010..received grant funds, still waiting to see where all these funds are at SavWatt?? Million dollar grant from City of Baltimore to offer LEED training…partnered with Clean Edison for LEED training. Where is Clean Edison, where is the training, where are the grant funds????

3) Pro-EcoSolutions PR's
12/06/2010..where did this relationship go and what sales did it create?? Went no where and produced nothing.

4) 12/31/2010… SavWatt to hire 170 employees by end of 2011. It is now 2012 and according to Ike's PR on 12/5/2012 the company only has 30 employees....LMAO.

5) 2/23/2011..install an eco-pole at Maryland Science Center. Yet to be installed....been waiting since February on this one. What's the hold up Ike??

6) 3/07/2011 PR...some great quotes from our now non-existent distributors. What sales have been generated by all these distributors?? Absolutely nothing. If there were you can bet Ike would have pumped and dumped and any sales we did with them.

Good job Ike. Way to strategically place some comments from distributors to make it appear they are buying your product. Have you sold anything to these companies?? LOL...nope!!

7) 5/24/2011..proclaimed 100 distributors and $10 million in 1st 12 months of operations. “With an annual minimum target of $100,000 in purchases required in the agreement in order to maintain their partnership, management projects over $10 million in revenues for the first twelve months of operations”

Where's all that $10 million Ikey boy??

8) 6/30/2011..nice pump PR with a list of highly visible and well known politicians SavWatt made appear would be attending the Grand Opening. We all know what happened that day don't we and who ended up showing up.
