Are you looking to convert me into believeing that all that has been charged is the exact truth. I did not post to make a judgement comment. I posted a link to a sec litigation. I did not wander off with an opinion or even close to a judgement.

My remaining holdings are so small. They actually have little loss value that cannot be wrote off on a future tax year. This point is mute.

I see LPHI is directly under the JBII litigation charge which I am also aware of. I will grant this statement to you. If LPHI officers, directors and any other party connected are found to be guilty. I trust they see no daylight behind bars. The charges do seem exaggerated, but then that is law. Then though Madoff also floated his way and even got knighted.


Do not think I have not been reading. I do have a two sided opinion. I am not LPHI attorney or represenative to know the real truth behind the scenes. For some time now I have paid little interest, as I am not an LPHI martyr. Even if LPHI is found innocent in the long term. I do not have the time to hang out to watch and wait.

So how is that for an answer? Does it work for you?
