I can't disagree with that assessment, but I was comfortable buying this up to the $0.60s today on this news.

I stumbled across this Peuto Rican story in October while trying to research who RBM Consulting was and if they could bring much to Unisyn.

As it turns out, this was much more significant than what I was looking for, but RBM Consulting also appears to have a lot of contracts in Indiana, Illinois, is registered to print ballots in Texas, and appears to be a rapidly growing voting services company who can hopefully bring ITSI a lot more business as well. They do a lot of supporting old ES&S equipment now, but will hopefully divert to ITSI for new orders now.

I think we have a long term winner here!
