Nope. That was me. I travel a lot to NV and have a very close friend that lives in Carson City. I also spend time at Reno Stead airport for the Reno Air Races.

The "5th Floor" thing was a real question. Why would anyone do such a thing? Plausible deniablity - "Don't sue us because you should have never invested with us because you should have noted there was no 5th floor in existence???"

Also mis-naming of the General. A intentional mistake to flaw a legal document???
