Excuse my ignorance, but since the FDIC intervened in the Anchor Litigation - claiming an ownership right to the Anchor Litigation proceeds - then why couldn't/didn't the LTW Holders also intervene?


Ideally, and contractually, the 85% net proceeds should be paid to the LTW Holders directly from the Anchor Litigation proceeds, and it may be a waste of time and money if the Plaintiffs appeal Judge Walrath's Opinion.
