Not hysterical at all. Being charged with security fraud is going to make raising funds for deployment a lot harder. It also is going to make it that much more difficult to sign new contracts.

The upshot is that a long and protracted fight with the SEC is a no-win situation. JB needs to resolve this matter. As an added bonus, the SEC charges are going to bring the ambulance chasers out en mass, plus the SEC fraud accusation has given credibility to already pending lawsuits against the company. JB really scr...d the pooch with this stunt.
