Good point on number 3. This is what was written in the PR:

"The name of the product will be revealed once trademark searches are complete."


Nothing in that sentence implies that they just began their search.

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!
