Re INVN and LLL, could there be another (fundamental) side to this...with the government now so heavily invested in this equipment, wouldn't INVN and LLL be in a good position to 'extract' R&D money to minimize the number of false alarms? And then (longer term) would they not be in a position to make money on upgrades?
